Communications Plan

At your request, once your communications strategy is completed, we help you develop a practical and ad-hoc communications plan. This is a more focused and brief plan that guides communications actions for a particular project, program or initiative for a defined period. We ensure that the implementing key personnel are actively involved in the inception and development of the plan. Other factors, such as target audience, messages, tools, financial resources, timelines, etc. are also taken into account. Our team also offers to support the monitoring and evaluation of its implementation.

Communications Tools

 In line with the communications strategy or plan, we produce information, education and communications (IEC) materials that are specific to each audience determined during the segmentation phase. Tools that we offer include promotional and corporate materials such as annual reports, newsletters, brochures, posters, radio spots, articles, briefing notes, drama, documentaries, web/blog content and any other marketing material.
